Presented as part of Historic Preservation Week, the free one-hour tour led by Tom Munson, Archives Manager, highlights one of the city’s most notorious crimes and some of the first buildings in Sioux City. The tour starts at the Sgt. Rice Memorial at Water and 5th Streets.
