(.pdf) — for reprints of
images.
3)
To use
the reprint in a publication such as a book, journal, ad,
video or film then fill out the form Permission to
Reproduce — ask staff to provide this to you.
NOTE All fees listed
below are current but are subject to change. Fees must be
paid before the reproduction is made. All sales are
final. All responsibility for questions of copyright
that may arise in copying and in the use of copies must be
assumed by the user.
